We will market and advertise your property, liase with customers on it's merits, handle the whole booking procedure, collect the deposit, balance and bond authority and deal with any queries.
When we receive a booking request we notify you and await your acceptance before confirming the booking to the guest.
A 10% deposit is forwarded to you the month after the guest makes the booking.The balance is then paid to you at the beginning of each month less our 12% commission fee. No other charges are made like web site listing fees often charged by other companies.
Each time a booking is made you receive full details of the booking ready for you to welcome the guests in to your property.
