     We can arrange independent legal advice.

     We can arrange a building and Valuation Inspections
      
     We can organise short and long-term rental accommodation for you at reduced rates.

     We can facilitating the letting of property we have assisted you in purchasing
              
Our fees and Charges
Initial establishment fee of $1000 which includes 2 days viewing suburbs and properties etc with Malcolm around the Perth northern suburbs.

Fees payable at settlement will be 1.5% of the purchase price, plus GST.

Our fees will be agreed to in advance and a written contract entered into based on either; your estimated budget or the actual purchase price excluding stamp duty.
