Will I have to pay a Security Deposit?
A Security Deposit (similar to a Bond) will be required on arrival. This is just a signed authority with credit card details, the $500 is not taken at this time.The standard amount of the Security Deposit or Bond is $500.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will not be debited from your credit card. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
Do you manage properties??.
ARA does not manage properties.
How do I pay my deposit and balance??.
You can transfer funds via you bank on line, use Pay Pal or post a cheque
Can I bring my pet??
Please enquire as one or two owners will accept small pets.
Can I check out early??.
Yes, but no refund can be obtained.
Can I smoke in the house??.
Smoking is not allowed in any property except for outside.
